Cassandra Santana

Cassandra (Cass) joined the firm in 2020 and has nearly 15 years of experience in residential real estate. In addition to her role as Senior Paralegal, Cass is also a part-time REALTOR® and oversees all office transactions throughout New Hampshire and Maine. Known for strong attention to detail and exceptional information retention, she is committed to ensuring every transaction is handled with care and accuracy. She is also recognized for her creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

Cass is a lifelong Massachusetts resident with a deep appreciation for New England’s fall season. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places and experiences, attending concerts, and spending time with her beloved German Shepherd., Mowgli.
