Nancy Dowd

Nancy joined the firm in December 2024, bringing more than ten years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.  She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Assumption University and has developed extensive knowledge across all phases of real estate transactions.  Her background includes preparing purchase & sale agreements, assembling lender closing packages and managing a variety of post-closing matters.  She also has hands-on experience filing documents in both Housing Court and Probate Court, as well as creating Limited Liability Companies with the Massachusetts Secretary of State.

Nancy lives in Holden, MA with her husband and their Pyradoodle.  Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, reading, and spending most weekends at their place on Cape Cod.  Her favorite moments are those spent with her husband, her two grown children and their spouses, and most recently, her baby grandson.
